Iraq ordinary and visit eVisa follows the same document requirement.

What Documents are Required by Applicants?
Passport Bio-Page Scan
- Submit high-quality scan of the passport bio-page.
- All the 4 corners should be visible with no alteration, reflection or blur.
- The passport must be valid for 6 months from arrival and has 2 blank pages.
Digital Photograph
- Submit clear, high-resolution digital photograph taken within the last 6 months.
- The background must be plain white with no pattern, texture or shadow.
- Do not wear glasses or any other accessories.
Proof of Accommodation in Iraq
Submit any ONE to confirm your stay in Iraq. Any document you submit must clearly indicate your accommodation in Iraq for entire stay duration.
Option 1: Accommodation Docs
Submit any valid document confirming where you will stay during your trip to Iraq. It must include the accommodation address and duration of stay.
Option 2: Letter By Sponsor
If your trip is sponsored by someone, submit a letter from the sponsor that includes your accommodation address and duration of stay in Iraq.
Option 3: Hotel Reservation
If you are staying in a hotel, submit confirmed hotel booking.
Can documents required for Iraq eVisa be submitted in person?
The application process is completely online; no physical document submission allowed.
What can Lead to Document Resubmission
The applicant will be required to resubmit the document if the submitted document:
- Is blur, cropped or does not show all the details clearly for any reason.
- Does not belong to the applicant.
- Does not clearly proves the purpose for which it was submitted.
- Has expired.
- Has been edited, altered, or is otherwise not acceptable for verification.
Once the documents are submitted, the visa support review them for errors. If they find any minor mistake that can be corrected by them they correct it, else they contact the applicant and guide them on the required correction.
