Requirements

  • A clear and high-quality scan of your passport bio page is required.
  • No alterations, screenshots or black and white photo is accepted.
  • Must be valid for no less than 6 months for entering or leaving the Republic of Iraq.

Your passport must be issued by a country eligible for the Iraq eVisa.

Accommodation Docs/Letter By Sponsor/Hotel

Option 1: Accommodation Docs

Upload a valid document proving your stay in Iraq.

Business Invitation Letter

It must show: 

  • Applicant’s full name and passport number as exactly shown on the passport.
  • Full and accurate accommodation address.
  • Exact dates of your stay in Iraq.

Option 2: Letter By Sponsor

A letter from your sponsor confirming your stay in Iraq.

It should clearly reflect: 

  • Sponsor’s full name, contact details and address.
  • The visitor’s details, including passport number and full name.
  • Arrival and departure dates to confirm the duration of stay in Iraq.

Option 3: Hotel Reservation

A confirmed hotel booking as evidence of your stay in Iraq

The hotel ticket must show the following details:

  • Guest name (as on the passport)
  • Hotel name, contact details and full address
  • Booking confirmation number with check-in and check-out dates 

How to Submit the Required Documents?

Follow these 3 simple steps: 

  1. Prepare Documents: Arrange all the necessary documents and ensure they are ready to upload.
  2. Attach Correct Files: Upload the required documents and pay theeVisa fee.
  3. Check your Registered Email: Your approved visa will be sent to your email ID. Check your email for confirmation.
